Your information.
Our responsibilities.
Privacy Policy · Last updated: 5 October 2026
This notice explains what information we use, why we use it, who receives it and how to exercise your privacy rights.
1. Who is responsible
TOPDJSKIN is operated by Music Artistic Recordings WW LLC, Florida registration L24000324149, at 1150 NW 72nd Ave, Tower 1, Ste 455 #17257, Miami, FL 33126, USA. The company is responsible for the personal information used to operate this store.
For privacy questions or requests, email info@topdjskin.pro with the subject “Privacy request”, or write to the address above. You may also contact us through Support.
This notice covers topdjskin.pro, customer accounts, purchases, support, website chat and communications associated with this store. Independent retailers and external websites have their own privacy practices.
2. Information we collect
- Account and contact details: name, email, telephone number, company, account credentials and preferences.
- Orders and delivery: purchased products, billing and delivery addresses, recipient details, currency, invoices, shipment and tracking information, returns and disputes.
- Customs information: depending on the destination, tax or recipient identification such as CPF/CNPJ, RFC/CURP, CUIT/CUIL, RUT, DNI, NIK/NPWP, PCCC or passport details. These fields support shipment and customs clearance; do not submit identity documents through chat unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
- Payments: payment status, transaction references, payment method and information supplied by the payment provider. Card entry is handled through the payment service; never send complete card numbers, security codes or passwords to our support team.
- Support and chat: messages, contact details, case and order references, verification events, and photos, videos or other attachments you choose to provide.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser or device information, approximate country, session identifiers, referral or campaign information, pages and products viewed, searches, cart interactions and checkout events. Cookies and similar technologies are explained below.
- Communication preferences: subscription, consent and unsubscribe records, and campaign interaction information where enabled and permitted.
We receive information directly from you, from your use of the website, and from payment, delivery and service providers involved in your transaction. If you provide another person’s details, for example a gift recipient, you must be entitled to provide them and make this notice available to that person.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Where the GDPR or comparable laws apply, we rely on the following grounds as appropriate:
- Contract and steps you request before a purchase: managing your account, answering product questions, accepting and fulfilling orders, arranging delivery, and handling order-related support, returns and warranties.
- Legal obligations: applicable tax, accounting, customs, consumer-protection and regulatory requirements, and legally binding requests.
- Legitimate interests: protecting accounts and transactions, detecting abuse, maintaining service reliability, managing business records and establishing or defending legal claims. These interests must be balanced against your rights; they do not replace consent where consent is required.
- Consent: optional marketing and non-essential tracking where required by applicable law. A purchase, account registration or reading this notice does not by itself give consent to unrelated marketing or advertising tracking.
Required checkout and verification details are needed to provide the requested service. Without them we may be unable to complete an order, clear customs or verify access to a case. Optional marketing choices are separate from order processing.
4. Who receives information
Information may be accessed by authorised staff and service providers to the extent needed for their work:
- Hosting, website administration, security, email and store infrastructure providers, including the Hostinger hosting environment and WordPress/WooCommerce services used by this store.
- Payment providers available at checkout, including Stripe and WooPayments where offered, for payment processing, authentication, fraud checks and disputes. Payment providers may also act as independent controllers for their own legal and financial obligations.
- Fulfilment partners, carriers and customs agents for order preparation, delivery, tracking and customs clearance.
- Our centralised Audiostaff systems for order management, customer service, chat and business operations. Support and chat information can be transmitted to the Audiostaff service at b2b.audiostaff.pro.
- Analytics, advertising and communication providers when their services are enabled and the applicable legal conditions are met. Store integrations include Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook and Microsoft Clarity; installation of an integration does not mean it operates on every visit.
- Professional advisers, authorities and other parties where necessary to meet legal obligations, investigate fraud or establish, exercise or defend claims.
A business reorganisation or transfer may involve relevant business records, subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection requirements. This notice does not authorise unrestricted disclosure of customer information.
5. International processing
Our company is based in the United States and serves customers internationally. Hosting, payment, support and fulfilment operations may involve information being processed outside your country. Orders may be fulfilled from Europe, the United States, China or Argentina, depending on the product and destination.
Where the law restricts international transfers, the relevant transfer must have a valid legal mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards, or a specific exception where its conditions are met. The mechanism depends on the recipient and transaction; this notice is not blanket consent to international transfers. Contact us to request information about the recipients and safeguards relevant to your data.
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising
The store uses cookies or similar storage for functions such as login, cart contents, checkout, currency preferences and support verification. Blocking these technologies may prevent those functions from working.
Analytics and advertising integrations can collect visit, device, campaign and shopping-event information. Google Analytics supports audience and usage measurement. Meta integrations can support advertising measurement and audience matching. Microsoft Clarity, when enabled, supports interaction analysis such as heatmaps and session replay. Our own analytics also records session and shopping events to understand store performance.
Where prior consent is required, non-essential technologies require an affirmative choice before activation. Continuing to browse or accepting this notice is not sufficient. You can manage or delete stored cookies in your browser and use any consent controls presented by the site. Browser controls do not necessarily stop all server-side processing or withdraw every provider preference; contact us for help with a privacy choice.
Advertising disclosures may be classified as “sharing”, “sale” or targeted advertising under some laws even where no money is paid for data. Where such rights apply, you can request an opt-out by emailing us with the subject “Privacy opt-out”. Applicable legally recognised preference signals must also be respected.
External links and embedded services, including YouTube installation videos, may receive technical information when you access their content. See the providers’ notices: Google, Meta, and Microsoft.
7. Support and communications
We use your contact details to send order confirmations, payment or delivery information, security messages and replies to your requests. These service messages are distinct from promotional emails.
Marketing must have the permission or other legal basis required in your jurisdiction. Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email or contact us to object to direct marketing. We may retain a minimal suppression record to avoid sending further marketing.
Support attachments should show only what is needed to assess the issue. Avoid including unrelated people, sensitive information, passwords or payment credentials. Order verification helps limit disclosure to the appropriate customer. If a payment, security or order decision needs clarification, contact support and request human review.
8. How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose and the applicable obligations, rather than one period for every record:
- Account details are retained while needed to provide and administer the account.
- Orders, invoices and payment records are retained for fulfilment and applicable tax, accounting and legal requirements.
- Support cases and evidence are retained while handling the request and for relevant warranty, dispute or limitation periods.
- Security and usage records are retained for the operational or analytical purpose, subject to the relevant settings and applicable law.
- Marketing information is retained while there is a lawful basis, with limited records kept where needed to evidence consent or respect an objection.
When the purpose and applicable retention obligations end, information should be deleted or anonymised. A pending dispute or legal preservation requirement may justify restricted retention. Backup copies may remain until the relevant backup cycle expires. Contact us for the retention criteria applicable to a particular record.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information; object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent; or opt out of direct marketing, qualifying data sales/sharing or targeted advertising. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out beforehand.
Send requests to info@topdjskin.pro. Include the email used with the store and enough information to locate the relevant account or transaction. We may request proportionate verification before disclosing or changing information. Do not send an identity document unless we explain why it is necessary.
Rights have legal limits: deletion may not cover invoices or evidence that must lawfully be retained. We will explain any applicable limitation. Where GDPR applies, the normal response deadline is one month, with extensions only as permitted by law and with notice. Other jurisdictions may provide different deadlines, authorised-agent procedures or appeal rights. You may contact us to request a review of a refusal.
You may complain to your competent data-protection authority, including your local EU/EEA supervisory authority, the Spanish AEPD or the UK ICO, as applicable. Exercising a privacy right does not waive your consumer rights.
10. Security and your responsibilities
We use account authentication, access restrictions and verification measures in the store and support workflows. No internet service or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Use a unique password, keep your account and verification codes private, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Information you provide must be accurate and relevant to your request. These responsibilities do not exclude our obligations or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Children
The store is intended for customers able to enter into a purchase contract and is not directed at children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied personal information should contact us so that we can assess the request and take the action required by applicable law.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes to our services, providers or legal requirements. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, and a new consent will be requested where legally required. An update does not retrospectively authorise an incompatible use of information.
Purchase, shipping and return terms are available in our commercial policy. This privacy notice explains data handling and does not limit non-waivable privacy or consumer rights.
