Yes. All TOPDJSKIN skins are designed to be attached to the faceplate.

Each skin includes 80 high-quality micro adhesive dots, designed to be almost invisible while providing a strong and reliable hold.

No. Our skins are made from a 0.5 mm thick transparent acrylic and do not interfere with buttons, knobs, faders, screens, or the normal operation of the equipment.

Dust settles from above, and the skin acts as a protective barrier. The skin can be removed and reinstalled if needed.

For cleaning, use a microfiber cloth and standard glass cleaner.

A dedicated protective skin for the jog wheel or platter is included, secured using the same micro adhesive system.

Important: The protective skin may slightly reduce jog wheel sensitivity, particularly when using Vinyl Mode. If you frequently use the jog wheels for scratching, cueing, or precise Vinyl Mode control, we recommend using our dedicated Jog Protectors instead. Their ultra-thin design provides protection while maintaining optimal jog wheel sensitivity and response.

TOPDJSKIN Color Skins are premium adhesive overlays designed to customize the appearance of DJ equipment while helping protect against light scratches and everyday wear.

They are cosmetic accessories and are not structural protective covers.

TOPDJSKIN Color Skins are manufactured using premium removable adhesive materials and are designed to be removed without leaving significant adhesive residue under normal conditions.

However, removal results may vary depending on the age, condition, and quality of the original equipment finish.

TOPDJSKIN Color Skins are specifically designed to be removable and safe for use on original factory-finished equipment in good condition.

However, because every manufacturer uses different paints, coatings, printing methods, anodized finishes, and surface treatments, TOPDJSKIN cannot guarantee identical results on all equipment.

In rare cases, yes.

Removal of any adhesive-backed product may affect surfaces that have weakened coatings, aging finishes, manufacturing defects, previous repairs, chemical damage, excessive heat exposure, UV exposure, moisture damage, or insufficient adhesion between the original finish and the equipment itself.

This generally indicates that the original coating had reduced adhesion to the underlying surface.

When this occurs, removal of any adhesive material—including skins, decals, labels, stickers, tapes, automotive wraps, or protective films—may lift part of the original finish.

TOPDJSKIN does not manufacture the equipment and cannot inspect or verify the condition of individual finishes before installation.

Color Skins are intended for original factory-finished equipment in good cosmetic condition.

We do not recommend installation on:

• Repainted equipment

• Refinished equipment

• Damaged or peeling coatings

• Cracked finishes

• Worn soft-touch surfaces

• Equipment exposed to aggressive cleaning chemicals

• Surfaces showing signs of deterioration or poor adhesion

Some manufacturers use rubberized or soft-touch coatings to create a premium tactile feel.

Over time these finishes may deteriorate, become sticky, brittle, or lose adhesion to the underlying surface.

Such finishes are inherently more susceptible to cosmetic changes during installation or removal of adhesive products.

may alter both the original coating and adhesive behavior.

For this reason, removal results may vary depending on the equipment's history and environmental exposure.

For best results and to minimize stress on the original finish:

1. Gently warm the Color Skin using a household hair dryer or low-temperature heat source.

2. Do not overheat the equipment.

3. Carefully lift one corner.

4. Peel slowly at a low angle (180° pull-back technique).

5. Avoid sudden or aggressive pulling.

6. If resistance is felt, apply additional gentle heat and continue slowly.

Applying moderate heat softens the adhesive and significantly reduces the force required for removal.

Like automotive wraps and paint protection films, adhesive-backed Color Skins are easier to remove when slightly warmed.

Gentle heat softens the adhesive layer, allowing the skin to release more easily while reducing stress on the original paint, coating, printing, anodization, or surface finish.

For this reason, TOPDJSKIN strongly recommends warming the Color Skin before removal.

Because equipment finishes vary significantly between manufacturers, production batches, ages, storage conditions, and usage history, TOPDJSKIN cannot guarantee damage-free removal in all situations.

The performance of removable adhesive products depends largely on the condition and quality of the original finish.

Color Skins are cosmetic accessories designed to personalize equipment and help protect against minor scratches and everyday wear.

They are not impact-resistant products and do not guarantee protection against drops, liquid damage, misuse, abuse, or environmental exposure.

By purchasing, installing, or removing a TOPDJSKIN Color Skin, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Equipment finishes vary between manufacturers and production batches.

• TOPDJSKIN cannot inspect the condition of every individual surface.

• Adhesive products may interact differently depending on the age and condition of the original finish.

• Damage-free removal cannot be guaranteed on every surface.

• Installation and removal involve inherent risks associated with the condition of the underlying surface.

• Any cosmetic changes resulting from pre-existing weaknesses, deterioration, manufacturing defects, environmental exposure, or insufficient adhesion of the original finish remain the responsibility of the equipment owner.

TOPDJSKIN Color Skins use removable adhesive technology. While designed for safe removal, results may vary depending on the age, condition, and quality of the original equipment finish. TOPDJSKIN strongly recommends warming the skin with a hair dryer before removal and peeling slowly at a low angle. Damage-free removal cannot be guaranteed on all surfaces, particularly on worn, repainted, deteriorated, chemically treated, or poorly bonded finishes.

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible depending on stock availability, logistics conditions, and destination country.

Products may be shipped from warehouses located in Europe, the United States, China, or Argentina, depending on inventory availability and customer location.

Estimated delivery times are references only and may vary due to customs, weather, courier operations, holidays, or external logistics factors beyond our control.

Orders marked as FREE SHIPPING may be shipped using the delivery method considered most suitable by TOPDJSKIN.PRO, including home delivery or pickup point delivery.

Shipping preferences are not guaranteed under free shipping promotions.

Remote delivery locations. If the carrier classifies your delivery address as a remote or extended-service area, we will contact you before dispatch to provide a revised shipping quote. The additional shipping cost is payable by the buyer. We will explain the total revised shipping charge and any amount already paid, and obtain your express agreement before collecting an additional payment or arranging shipment. If you do not accept the quote, contact support to discuss the available options; any mandatory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

Once an order has been shipped, customers receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment in real time.

Customers are responsible for:

• Monitoring tracking updates
• Coordinating delivery with the courier if required
• Providing a correct and complete shipping address
• Ensuring the delivery location is secure and accessible
• Collecting pickup-point deliveries within the courier deadline

If a package is not collected in time and is returned, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping, storage, customs, return, or handling costs required for reshipment.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

TOPDJSKIN.PRO is not responsible for:

• Packages stolen after confirmed delivery
• Packages lost inside apartment buildings, mailrooms, offices, hotels, or reception areas
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Uncollected pickup-point shipments
• Delivery delays caused by customs or courier operations

Claims regarding stolen packages after confirmed delivery must be handled directly with the courier or local authorities.

If signature-required delivery is desired, customers must request it before shipment.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or local government fees depending on the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

TOPDJSKIN.PRO is not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, destroyed, or returned due to:

• Unpaid customs charges
• Import restrictions
• Local regulations
• Customer refusal

Any costs generated by refused or abandoned shipments may be deducted from eligible refunds.

TOPDJSKIN.PRO does not accept voluntary returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, or selected the wrong equipment model, product type, colour or finish. We do not offer a trial period or a satisfaction-based return programme. An unused or unopened product is not automatically eligible for return.

If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or TOPDJSKIN.PRO supplies the wrong item, our commercial policy is to replace the affected product at no charge, including the necessary replacement shipping. Contact Support with your order number and a description of the problem so that we can verify the issue and arrange the replacement.

Check the exact equipment model, product type and installation guidance before purchasing or installing. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure. Minor fit variations within the tolerances and installation clearances stated in section 9 are not, by themselves, manufacturing defects.

Please do not send products to China, a warehouse, a manufacturer or a shipping-label address without instructions from TOPDJSKIN.PRO. We will explain whether any return is needed and how it will be handled. If we require a return for a covered product problem, we will arrange or cover the necessary reasonable return shipping.

This commercial policy does not exclude mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other rights where applicable law requires them. A replacement is our offered commercial solution, not a waiver of rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any legally required refund is handled according to the applicable rules; this policy does not impose automatic processing, inspection or restocking deductions on statutory refunds.

TOPDJSKIN.PRO replaces products with confirmed manufacturing defects under normal, intended use at no charge, including necessary replacement shipping. Damage present on arrival and incorrect items supplied by TOPDJSKIN.PRO are also handled under the replacement procedure.

1. Contact Support: use our support form, select the affected order and product, and describe the issue. Guest purchasers can verify their purchase using the order email.
2. Help us verify the problem: provide your order reference and relevant photos or a short video if reasonably possible. We may suggest reasonable troubleshooting or ask for additional details. Other reasonable evidence can be considered.
3. Receive replacement instructions: once a covered issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no charge and confirm availability and dispatch details. If replacement is unavailable, we will contact you about an appropriate alternative without restricting mandatory remedies.
4. Do not ship the product back on your own: wait for our instructions about whether any return is required and the correct destination and shipping arrangements.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, forced installation, accidental damage after delivery, normal cosmetic wear, or third-party or external causes. An unauthorised modification or repair does not automatically exclude a claim for an unrelated defect. Product-specific installation, removal and surface-finish guidance remains applicable.

Claims are assessed using the order details, available evidence and nature of the problem. Deliberately false claims or unsupported allegations do not automatically qualify for a replacement. This procedure does not limit mandatory legal rights or turn a good-faith complaint into fraud.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to contact TOPDJSKIN.PRO support before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or bank reversal request.

Fraudulent disputes, false claims of non-delivery, abuse of the chargeback system, unauthorized refund attempts, or attempts to obtain products without payment may be reported to:

• Payment processors
• Shipping carriers
• Fraud prevention networks
• Relevant financial institutions
• Local authorities where applicable

TOPDJSKIN.PRO reserves the right to provide:

• Tracking information
• Courier scans
• Delivery photographs
• IP logs
• Customer communications
• Billing information
• Device and browser information
• Order history and fraud analysis data

Orders identified as high-risk, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent may be delayed, canceled, refunded, or require additional verification before shipment.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• TOPDJSKIN.PRO will make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality products and reliable service
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information
• Both parties agree to act reasonably and in good faith to resolve legitimate issues
• Failure by the customer to fulfill obligations may result in denied claims, refunds, or warranty requests

TOPDJSKIN skins are designed for the equipment models specified in their product listings. A perfect cosmetic fit or 100% identical alignment at every cutout is not guaranteed. Minor variations in the position, shape or clearance of individual holes and cutouts may occur.

Small alignment differences of 1–3 mm may be present at individual holes or cutouts. The accepted maximum local alignment offset is 3 mm, assessed with the skin correctly positioned on the matching equipment model. Smaller differences are also within this tolerance. This tolerance applies to the affected opening, not to an accumulated displacement across the whole skin.

Minor alignment variations within the stated tolerance do not, by themselves, constitute a manufacturing defect or automatically qualify a product for a refund or replacement, provided the skin is for the correct equipment model, can be installed as intended and does not obstruct the normal operation of the equipment's buttons, knobs, faders, connectors or other controls.

Product templates and cutout designs may be refined over time to improve fit or ease of installation. Different production versions may therefore show minor design differences. A later design refinement does not, by itself, establish that an earlier version is defective or qualify it for a free upgrade or replacement.

Screen protector sizing

Screen protectors may intentionally be a few millimeters smaller than the screen surface or its surrounding outline to allow installation clearance and make positioning easier. Dimensions and edge clearance depend on the equipment model; an edge-to-edge fit is not guaranteed.

This installation clearance is intended to facilitate fitting while maintaining the protector's intended protective function over the display area it covers. The uncovered perimeter is not protected by the screen protector. A small intentional border is not, by itself, a manufacturing defect or an automatic reason for a refund or replacement.

Before installation and when requesting help

Check the equipment model and the skin or protector alignment before fixing it in place. Do not force an incorrectly fitting product. If a cutout prevents normal operation, the product cannot be installed as intended or the wrong model was supplied, contact support with the order number and clear photos showing the complete product and the affected area. These issues remain subject to review under the warranty and returns policy.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the fit tolerances, possible design refinements and intentional screen-protector installation clearances described in this section.
